Historic Festival 2026

Ireland’s legendary and only historic motor racing event Historic Festival 2026 returns. 

A thrilling celebration of Vintage, Classic, Racing Cars, and Motorcycles from the glamour of the roaring ’20s to the swinging ’60s. Whether you’re a motor racing enthusiast, car lover, or Formula 1 fan, this is an unmissable weekend at Mondello Park, the home of Irish motor racing with both on and off-track fun and action.

We will have Formula 1 demo runs, legendary motorsport cars and famous faces around the paddock. There will be plenty of surprises over the weekend.

We will have interviews and chats with rising stars and legends of motorsports over both days.

🏎️ The Martin Birrane Collection 

Wander through an impressive exhibit of iconic race cars from Formula One and Le Mans to NASCAR and Procar legends, with models from Porsche, Jordan, Jaguar, Benetton, and Ford.

Event Schedule

• Gates Open: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Parking: Free on-site parking (follow directional signs upon arrival).
• Event Timetable: will be available on mondellopark.ie ahead of the event in early May.

Important Ticketing Information

To ensure a smooth entry, please note the following:

• Admission: Tickets are valid for one-time use only. If a ticket is presented a second time, it will be confiscated.
• Connectivity: Due to the rural location and high attendance, mobile network coverage can be intermittent on occasion.We strongly advise you to print your ticket or taking a screenshot of your QR code before you arrive.
• Group Tickets: If you have purchased multiple tickets, please ensure each individual QR code is printed or screenshotted separately.
• Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable.
• Early Bird Pricing: This is available until the 31^st January, from the 1^st February until the 30^th April tier 2 pricing will be in place, from 1^st to the 10^th May tier 3 pricing will be in effect.
• Grand Stand Seats: These are free of charge with no ticket required, seating on a first come basis.
• No Dogs: For safety reasons, pets are not permitted on-site with the exception of Assistance dogs.
